Our experienced staff are very happy to help — bring along any photos of the area and dimensions, and our team can help guide you through the process.
How many tiles should I purchase?
It’s recommended to order at least 10% more tiles than your total area to allow for cuts or any damage during installation.
It’s also worth keeping a few extra tiles on hand in case you need to replace any later on.
We have a handy tile calculator to work out exactly how many tiles you’ll need.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched the following business day if ordered by 12pm. Please note that some items may be stored at an interstate warehouse, which could result in slightly longer delivery times.
Can I pick up samples at your showrooms?
Sure can! Visit our showrooms to pick up free full-size samples and see how they look in your space. We just ask that you return them once you’re finished. Also, you can order samples online and have them delivered straight to your door.
