Returns Policy
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
• Good(s) must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
• A restocking fee of 30% of the value of the Good(s) will apply and be payable by you.
• Returns must be expressly authorised by Johnson Tiles prior to returning stock.
• Only unopened cartons will be accepted.
